Overcoming hate in the South Asian American Community.

We envision a democratic future rooted in equality, nonviolence, and shared liberation — where communities across race, faith, caste, and nationality stand together against extremism, uphold human dignity, and carry forward the unfinished work of civil rights leaders in the U.S. and freedom fighters in South Asia.

Our Mission
I.

The Problem

Wealthy South Asian Americans are increasingly using their money and influence to advance extremist policies that threaten democracy and undermine public institutions.

II.

The Answer

SACRED Acts builds long-term power and reclaims the historic tradition of South Asian and American civil rights leaders who worked together toward equality, nonviolence, and collective liberation.

SACRED Acts renews our democracy through public education, narrative change, organizing, and action research. We build multiracial, multifaith, anti-caste coalitions rooted in equality, nonviolence, and collective liberation.

We expose how wealthy South Asian Americans use money and influence to advance extremist policies that threaten democracy and the public good. We equip leaders, journalists, and the public with verified insight to understand these forces clearly.

Action Research

Producing verified, accessible research that clarifies how money, influence, and ideology shape our democracy.

Public Education & Narrative Change

Countering disinformation and uplifting narratives rooted in dignity, justice, and belonging.

Organizing & Powerbuilding

Building multiracial, multifaith coalitions capable of shifting power at the state and national levels.

Movement Building

Equipping partners, leaders and institutions with tools to identify and resist anti-democratic South Asian actors.
